What payments do you accept?

Vibhsa accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All prices are in USD.

Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed, and your card will be charged.

 Do you charge taxes?

Save 7-10% in sales tax when you shop online with Vibhsa except when shipping to California and New Jersey where we are required by law to collect sales tax. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price communicated at the end of your order.

How do you ship?

Our goal is to ship your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the merchandise is in stock. 

Please note, Vibhsa will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

Special Note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • Signatures are required for all high value orders

Can I track my order?

Once shipped, your order may be tracked using carrier’s web site. The tracking number can be retrieved from your order status email or from your account page. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Please allow 24 hours for tracking milestones to update once your tracking number has been provided. If you do not see updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

How do I make a return or exchange?

If your Vibhsa selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges and any discounts applied, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The item(s) you wish to return, or exchange must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging. Send an email to and A customer service representative will process your return or exchange request and send you a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number via email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We will do our best to cancel or modify or order. However, we aim to process your order as quickly as possible, hence sometimes we will not able to accommodate order cancellations or modifications.

Do you offer gift services?

Vibhsa products make the perfect gift. Here are some quick facts to help you when you purchase.

Gift Receipt

  • Orders arrive with a packing slip that excludes prices, regardless of if it's a gift or not

Add a Gift Message

  • When you add an item to your cart, you will be provided the opportunity to add a gift message. On the Checkout Button, look for " SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER". This will provide you the opportunity to add a short (250 character) message. You can add or edit your gift message at any time before checking out.
  • If you for forget to add a gift message, you can contact support. However, we're unable to alter the package once it's being picked and packed.

Add a Gift Wrapping

  • Vibhsa offers gift wrapping services. Reach out to support to help with gift service.
  • We're unable to add gift wrapping once the order has been picked and packed.

 Brand Protection:

We are committed to producing quality hand-crafted products. To ensure the integrity of the Vibhsa brand, we have implemented strict quality control standards and have partnered with trusted distributors and retailers around the world. This established relationship with authorized retailers ensures that our customers receive exceptional service and quality products.

Vibhsa’s success has made it a target of counterfeiters and unauthorized retailers selling inferior products to unsuspecting customers. When Vibhsa branded products or look-a-likes are purchased from unauthorized retailers, we cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of the products, making them ineligible for Vibhsa’s warranty protection. This is why warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Vibhsa retailer. Unfortunately, we regularly hear from customers who accidentally purchased counterfeit products online.

We encourage customers to avoid purchasing Vibhsa products from unauthorized retail channels. On third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay), you can buy from our authorized seller “WeMe Homes”. .

 Do you Warranty your product?

Vibhsa warrants that merchandise will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from shipment by Vibhsa, provided that the merchandise is used as reasonably intended and has not been altered or modified.

This warranty does not apply to the extent that merchandise: (a) has not been handled, maintained or used in accordance with Vibhsa’s instructions or in a reasonable manner, or; (b) has been damaged by accident, negligent or external factors.

Vibhsa merchandise is handcrafted by artisans. Small irregularities in shape, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of such craftsmanship and are not defects.

Holiday Shipping Notice

During the holiday season, orders have a minimum processing time of 7-21 days. You will receive a tracking number when the carrier picks your order up.

Why does Vibhsa include this warning on its products?

We are providing Prop 65 warning labels to inform consumers that the product contains chemicals on the State of California’s Prop 65 list. It does not mean that a product is unsafe. All Vibhsa products meet or exceed the requirements of applicable product performance and safety industry standards, as well as the federal Safe Drinking Water Act. The label simply ensures that Vibhsa is in compliance with the State of California’s Prop 65 law for warning label requirements.

What is California Proposition 65?

In 1986, California voters approved the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act (known as "Proposition 65"). Proposition 65 is a "Right to Know" statute; its purpose is to make sure people are aware, before they purchase, that the product they come into contact with contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. The statute requires a warning label even if the amount of the chemical is miniscule.

The State of California has listed over 900 chemicals that must be disclosed under Prop 65. The list, which is updated annually, includes a wide variety of chemicals that can be found in many consumer products, such as kitchen utensils, footwear and handbags, exercise equipment, photo and scrapbook albums, luggage, and many other products (even foods and beverages).
